Can a move over law affect CDL?

I’m willing to give him the BENEFIT OF A DOUBT. Not just jump down and harp on him. Big difference.

 

How about giving the trooper the benefit of a doubt. Works both ways.

 

They want to go home at the end of their shift too.

As does the truck driver. But if someone doesn’t let the truck safely move over out of harm’s way,that complicates things.

We got a highway running through town can see it squeezing down to one lane for over a mile . never fails 2 trucks side by side squeezing one out at last minute , not the 4 wheeler & truck.
