    You are one of very few employers with that attitude. The mentality here is that we ran before you, and we will run after you. Which is obviously true, but they pay no attention to the strain it puts on other drivers when someone leaves.

    It's amazing the muscles that get used turning wrenches. Especially when laying on cold concrete.

    Sometimes that's a conscience and planned decision. I have seen a company or two try to relieve said strain then others get the big head and try to take advantage of the fact. Things like threaten to quit in a gamble to get more money etc. The big picture may be hard to see. Just a rambling thought not saying that's what is on your company mind.


    My thoughts were always show up do the best I can and not be drug into others mess. Even in my current deal I just gotta stay outta the others stink so to speak
