I know a few people that do use ATBS for running the financials. Most have had good things to say about the service. A few think the cost is a tad on the high side. I don’t know for sure on that.
Point being that getting into a system early, taking a portion of the work load off, allowing you to focus on doing the things that generate revenue, could well be worth the expense.

To each his own. ATBS are blood sucking leaches who feed on the weak. The very first business decision I ever made was to fire them. 1200 a year for some dude who stammered telling me to do it his way. I got a wife for that without the stammering.
