Yes that’s the problem I can’t wait that long I just got my authority. Down payment on insurance and bought a trailer so it’s kind of tough

neither the shippers or brokers are following the law. If they were we would be in a better place in business right. Now

That's right. I have personally sued a couple of brokers for not paying. One of them was a major broker that didn't want to pay for a TONU.

I LOVE sueing people! That includes mega companies, brokers, credit bureau, car accidents

In case they don’t pay you, you can file on their bond and HOPEFULLY get your money.

Ok I guess I should have said the law requires them to be bonded to insure that you get paid

Download the Convoy and Uber apps on your phone and book loads through them. You get paid a day or two after you deliver with no fees, and they work with new authority. I started using them when I got my authority a year ago, and I like them much better than dealing with brokers.

Uber Freight works for local guys. They don’t have enough freight for long haul, which is why I stopped looking for loads on their app.

I like how they show me the times the loads pick up and deliver. More brokerage companies should try doing that to save time, but I’m not sure it will ever happen as this benefits carriers more than brokers.
