See, it's like this, the hood narrows to the grill. It follows the same line as the sides of the cab, all the way to the grill. Reminiscent of why the 351 looked so much better than the 359. It looks like it was designed that way as opposed to somebody designed the cab and somebody else designed the hood.

That is why a flat window W900L is, objectively, the best looking truck ever made. Now what an A model with round headlight Jones L hood would look like, that might be the best looking ever!

Of course when it comes to things like this, everything really is objective, but still, why are classics more preferred for looks than aero trucks?

Yes, plenty of people. Is your cab air ride or mounted to the frame? The guys I know with solid mount cabs and sleepers just put the Unibilt ring and boot in and didn’t air ride it. You’ll have to do a little work on your closets because they’re mounted to the front wall of the sleeper.

So how does the W9 ride compared to the 379? Turning radius? Outside noise? I have driven plenty of 379s and still currently own one that needs a complete rebuild so I am familiar with those, just not W9s

    I'm weird though :p

I'd take a T800H with the big steer tires over a W900B any day lol.

Engine's already going back together. Got 6 cylinder kits, bearings and gaskets all on order for it.

Mine is a flat window solid mount, so there really is no comparison between that and a unibilt.

I always wanted a W900L, and I am happier with it than I was with my 379, but in so many ways the 379 was a better truck. Wider between seats, big hole sleeper and stand up sleeper along with 470hp ddec3 vs 355/400 hp ddec2.

Well, we could use a pictorial update, when you get a chance.
