No, sir, I am not. I quoted the green book to the man, he told me that if I would be fired if I didn't comply with the instructions to break the regs, and I responded by quitting. Second chance company or not, I draw the line at breaking the law. It doesn't matter what you pay me, how nice of a truck you put me in, how cushy of runs you dispatch me on, or if you're God himself come down to give me a divine ultimatum. The truck rolls legal, or it don't roll at all

@DAX_ ....On that leaning trailer...whatever you do, don't let them talk you into pulling it. Not even to a repair shop. If it's an air bag or a spring it can be worked on right where it's at.
Let somebody higher up the food chain make the call on this. You've done everything right so far, don't louse it up and put yourself in jeopardy by pulling that trailer.

Ok, so this a Schneider trailer. 99 percent of the trailer fleet is spring ride.

Take a good look around the tandems, look at the slide frame and rails. Also look at the axles, are they squared up and equal side to side, or twisted. Sight down the main frame rails, do they look straight and even?
If anything looks like it is not correct, call it in. Do the pre-trip in workflow and tag it. Do not take the trailer from the current location, make them fix it or put the load on another trailer.

Look at the picture he posted and it's easy to see that the rear of the trailer is even but the front leans. I'm guessing landing gear.

Edit: went through more comments and saw that it leans even on the 5th wheel? Not sure how that's possible unless frame is twisted. Either way, the issue is in the front of the trailer.
