What could be different to make it more authentic? Has any driver here seen fuel stations with one-way islands like mine?

All fuel islands are one way. Yours is two way, and just a wreck waiting to happen.
Also, no parking? It's not a truck stop, just a fuel station.

Snieder holding up the fuel island wat a surprise . also wat is that b train doing on the endend? Fueling 1 tank? And why is it 2 way fuel island? Do u undsrstand the chaos that would erupt from something like this? And also why is all the mixer drivers taking up parking spaces?? So many questions.

Parking? Anything to oblige. There's even a choke-n-puke burger joint and a convenience store. The logic of my pump island directions. Trucks entering from the rural highway northbound have a shorter approach tot he islands so there three lanes are closet to the highway so they have less cutting of the steering wheel. The trucks heading southbound have a much longer approach to the islands so there islands are into the parking lot more away from the highway. They have much more room to get into position to approach their own islands. Northbound and southbound trucks each get three fuel lanes. There is a nearby freight station with a dock. Note the generous amount of space drivers have to maneuver in this industrial complex.

Is not logical... There will be fender benders as drivers try and figure out that insanity.

If one is afraid to drive, one should not be, well driving.

So a speedway, still not a truck stop. Those few parking spots are taken by the people waiting to get in the docks....

The Campbell's Soup double B is approaching southbound: he has the longest approach to pump number one right next to the store since his vehicle is the most massive to maneuver. The cement mixers are in the private parking spaces of Norton Concrete company. It is not just a truck stop but there are multiple industries and businesses on this 5-sided (pentagon-shaped) street block: Norton Concrete, Davidson Intermodal American Freight Co., Don's Diesel, Hamburger Station, KFC, Rob's Motel and Cafe, Groves Animal Hospital, Armstrong Medical Clinic, Cambpell's XX Beef ranch feedlot, a small blacksmith shop and Flying J full service gas station with auto garage. Five of these businesses also have customer railroad sidings.

It's in an imaginary town in northern California near the Oregon border of a population of 750: very rural setting. Should all the fueling lanes be bi-directional instead?

Open google maps and type in "Loves truck stop" and do a satellite view. Then do the same for "TA Truck stop", "Flying J truck stop" etc...
Here is an example one. Google Maps

Also you have a bi-directional fuel island. It needs to be one-way.

Every single fuel stop out there is single direction. It might be a pain for those random petes that have the def tank on the wrong side, but it limits traffic flow so you don't have two way traffic in high flow areas and so everybody can stack up waiting for the pump without blocking ####.
