I had only leaking problems. Both O-rings were bad. My truck has 850k miles. I installed new hp fuel pump and new air compressor. I spent 3 days on repair. This rear gear train sucks.

Nice Brother! The compucheck fitting costs more than the rest of the pump parts combined!

you plug it to fuel filter housing. Pump the sprayer and the fuel go into system...

Man, I changed my fuel filters this morning for the first time, and I struggled to prime the fuel system. I think where I messed up was not filling up the fuel filter housing enough so that it would overflow when inserting the filters. This method will waste a little bit of fuel, but it won’t let air go in.

I'm not sure how the OP can fill an inverted "canister" filter with fuel without priming it with the hand pump or other means..

Someone else mentioned pumping the primer 40 times on a DD15. No, it will take a lot more than that. Pump it till you arm feels like it's going to fall off, and then take a rest, and do it again twice over. When it starts, run it at high idle for a few minutes.
