    looked at them, i make .36cpm now, they want to start me at .30cpm and not hiring in my area of michigan. detroit area only.

    The way I look at it...

    Morals & Values versus Feeding, Sheltering, and Clothing my family?

    Feeding, Sheltering, Clothing my family will always come first. I myself don't care for the companies you mentioned... But sometimes a person has to swallow their pride & do what has to be done.

    same here. I will never sacrifice my family for any company, never have. will never do anything that i have to pay for. its my pocket and dmv that is impacted when told run illegal, not them. I just want to drive for a company that i can run safe and legal, get good miles and keep food on the table without worring or am i going to be able to pay the bills. would like to drive a pete or kw, tired of my back getting beat up by cheap frieghtliner seats. i miss my kw t-600 with 86" studio. wife and i loved it but company closed doors, so had to go elsewhere.

    my wife and I have called over 80 companies over last 4 wks, this is what we got. O, we goto mich, but we dont hire from there. are starting pay, most want to start 2yrs exp for some reason now between .28 and .30 cpm. I about choked when I heard some of these pays. Thinking I might want to look into something diffrent then OTR.
