1500 miles using I80 is marginal with good weather. Dropping into SLC is going to suck. In my opinion you are marginal if you had good weather.

1700 miles using I40 and your available hours I would consider not doable.

Have to agree here. Tad over 1500 going north, little better than 1800 going in from the south. Given the weather, road conditions and the 4 wheel fools being out in force.
No way you have the time to make that.
    You going to IGA?

Forget about bar raised. Bezos will take care about it.

Its been sticky most of today, have a nose for that smell of bad storm tonight. When you can smell it in particular nothing but that big rain with a sharp taste.. find a hole.

Hope it does not form. But we are working the coffee pot and watching the west through the night. It's going to be a long one.

My air conditioning is been working hard today cycling every 10 minutes getting that water out of my home. (Humidity.) once this blows through past morning we will be back to winter warming for sure.

Well, it will be less of a trouble tonight the line is forming fast. (Which is good. Past us before it gets big)

The other side of the coin is that Missouri Bootheel and line will be high winds warned tonight 40+ gusts probably.

So with that Im pretty happy to be home and not wrestling with a pig in that wind.
