Picking up a load on Sunday in NorCal and heading up to Portland just as the next Pacific storm hits. Doesn't look like it will be nearly as bad as the Tuesday storm, but no doubt bad enough to make for a miserable drive up to Oregon. Deliver early Monday morning then head over to far eastern Oregon for another pickup heading to Texas. That's a sweet load that pays great, but looking carefully at my routing options around weather should it happen. It's supposed to be mostly clear in the west from the 3rd to the 6th, but things change quickly. Trying to avoid taking the long way south to avoid snow in the Rockies.

Well that is the outside temperature.........

I'm showing 65 inside with the heaters cycling off more than on. :)

Of course the 65 will probably elicit the same response from @FlaSwampRat.

Then again I would be a sweating puddle down at his place. Whining about the heat, humidity, and not being able to get nekid enough to go outside both comfortable and legal....... :(

And you're welcome for that visual that necessitates the use of brain bleach :biggrin_2559:

Flaswamprat, your second pic you posted is more like the arizona and western California I know. Especially I-10.

This is my idea of what Texas mostly looks like when ever I drove through. Yet mostly it had red dirt.
