I got into the Caps when me moved up north. I had season tickets to the Hershey bears (Caps farm team). Love me some caps, have a few jerseys. Grew up a redwings fan due to some family members that got me into hockey. Wearing a yzerman jersey to a a Lightning game is awesome, they treat you like royalty.

Looking up the bore is bad enough, but hearing it go boom, priceless...

Current rig has about 25000 hours on it in 4 years now. Parts date back as far as 2005 depending on whats it in it.

I spent today evaluating that card for errors. Cards out, card in boot fix to see if it will clear it out. If not? It goes into the spare parts pile.

I do not game much these days, just a dab here and there but the computer rig is beefy enough to run anything availible in retail. I don't even look at the specs, just install and play at about 120 hertz. I will be replacing this old monitor. (BenQ) with something bigger and faster.

I already started the planning for the next build. It will be the last one in my lifetime with essentially twice the specs at half the cost.

Digging in my spares box I found some original Raptor 150's black. There were 4. One burned up, One is clicking to death leaving two left. They had 10 years plus on them before they were defeated by faster SSD's in raid. Being able to be first loaded into a map and moving to the first conquest base before the other 60 people finish loading was a advantage. Until they nerf that by adding a 30 sec clock for map start. (Nuts...)

Ex's computer is pushing it's 13th year this month. Rolling along nicely. But we are already working on obtaining a spare. That CPU and CPU cooler has no right to be alive for all those years. I think it was only rated for 50,000 hours. We are pushing twice that already.

If someone spends 17hrs a day on a computer, their life must be terrible.
