Yep, not many good news stories come out of FL. Just typical white trash, "my snake strangled/ate my baby!!" Type a stuff. I can see why you stay a nor'Easter. LoL
I park my all 68' of my truck & trailer in my side yard lately. I live in city limits, & get a letter "to move your sh.t" every so often. Got 6' wood fence round my yard, so normally it hides pretty well..
It's only gotten worse. They put cloverleaf, or whatever they are called at University, sr70, & sr64 exits. Between that & the construction still going on is a slow ride between exit 224-200 the last few while. Would make a commute to srq even worse I'd think..
Just walked the dog, was thinking on the 2nd post. Maybe there was an influx of yanks in the late '70's early '80's? Seems when I was in school lots of kids were born here, but folks from up north. My chick was born here, but said maybe half here friends growing up were not. I'd say 90% of my close friends were born here, some 2nd & 3rd generation.
What you say rings true. The further south you get, the further north you go!! LoLSlowpoke KW, Feedman, 1951 ford and 12 others Thank this.
