Radiator surge tank Included?

    Idk if they do I went from a 94 pete to a 05 and have had the 05 for about 6 years now and I cant remember where I checked the radiator now but I am sure that it wouldn't be hard to add one at a radiator shop if you want one

    Yeah man this setup doesn’t typically have one. If you get the full level exactly where it needs to be, you rarely see a drop come out of the tube. I tank would be nice and I have thought of one but there really doesn’t seem to be any room anywhere. So is what it is

    op, just an FYI, when you replaced the 10 psi with a lower psi, you allowed more coolant to escape.

    These systems are to run at 15 psi, this is a physics thing someone else can explain.

    All of the other suggestions are good after you put the RIGHT cap on and see what is happening.
