Looks like I will be starting my last post "trip" inspection and turning in my mortal coil soon.
I couldn't start chemo last week because my hemoglobin and platelets keep dropping, leaving me dizzy, gasping for breath, and in danger of bleeding out internally. I have been admitted to the hospital 5 times since my end of October discharge from surgery, get IV's to feel good again, then I can only last a few days until I start bleeding from the mouth and getting dizzy and go back to the ER.
They tried to identify WHERE my internal bleeding was from. Turns out that really wasn't the big issue. I just met with my oncologist regarding the biopsy on my bone marrow. The cancer is throughout my bones.
One more night in the hospital to make a decision whether to go with hospice care. I may elect to keep "topping off the oil and radiator fluid" long enough to get through Christmas. I just want enough time to get all my affairs in order to make sure my wife is set. Once that's done I can go with hospice care.
How is it possible to get your CDL but then not know how to road test??

Only thing I learned in driver school was how to pull the knobs to set the brakes. Everything else was on the road.
