Of course, I don't know if it is a fact or not, but I would bet that there was an agreement to allow them to do that. I also imagine that there were regulations against carrying alcohol in place as well, and it was established up front (it was with Swift when I went to school).

I don't doubt that there are rules in place, but my personal things are my personal things, if they want to go through my bag I want to be in the room...heck I'll even pull everything out of my bag to show you. Don't be sneaky, I don't work for people like that.

If you cant understand how a cop might want to make more money. Or a myriad of other reasons why a police officer might need a CDL...
If you cant understand why it would NOT be ok to bring alcohol into a truck driving school setting...
If you cant fathom why it would be wrong for a truck driver required to wear glasses to NOT have those glasses with him while going through school...
It is a small wonder they kicked you out.
You should consider yourself lucky they didn't have you thrown in jail for loitering after you were kicked out of school.
Does anybody but me feel at least somewhat sorry for the hell and misery these companies that offer truck driving school have to go through? Can you imagine how many turds they have to sift through just to find one person that's actually capable of work production in a safe manner. I feel double sorry for what ever company you talked into "flying you out" to go through their school just so you can waste their time too.GasHauler, Hitman, kaiwren986 and 3 others Thank this. -
i was at a hotel .
guy could have had his glass mail to him.
listen all i am trying to say is just becareful and make sure u watch out what u do. -

I for one am not stupid enough to bring Alcohol to a job that requires me to be sober 24/7. I don't smoke weed or do other drugs. I've never been arrested. I've never been involved in a car accident while driving. Never gotten a ticket for a moving violation. I have absolutely nothing to hide, but at the same time if someone is snooping around looking for reasons to fail me before I ever even start with the company, how are they going to treat me as a driver? Are they going to respect my privacy and let me do my job? 100 to 1, I bet they will be looking over my shoulder and expecting me to f*** up every 5 min.
