    the military does that for the very same reason the DOT is now doing it for poeple who have FAILED a wizz quiz, poeple cheat if they know they won't pass, the military just does it to everyone

    Really ,,they need to start drawing blood or doing a sweat patch, I have no personal prob with a observation, but alot of people will. Seems to be going a little to far in my book ..
