I said no such thing. I asked a very simple question that you refused to answer twice now. I indicated no judgement on either parties part. I do begin to get suspicious of people's motives when they deflect the question then make allegations against the person asking it.
So for the third time, you were offered a load at a specific rate. Were you paid that amount or not?
Yes?
No?

Too bad the court doesn't make public documents that should be public.
Unless you have a different court case where you actually did sue them.....back street slider, Eowyn, Frank Speak and 1 other person Thank this. -

Looks like Mercer is in the hot seat in this case. When a court subpoenas files you have to follow those instructions TO THE LETTER-like it or not! Nobody wants to run afoul of a judge and get a possible contempt of court charge, which is what is happening here(most courts-civil and criminal alike believe in FULL DISCLOSURE,unless the judge issues a gag order or orders such files sealed). As far as the judge is concerned Mercer is withholding evidence that shows the OP was telling the truth about his counterclaim(and Mercer’s false claim).
drvrtech77 and jsnell Thank this. -
