Yeah we have some screwed up stuff up here. It is called "No Fault Insurance". Your insurance covers your vehicle, theirs covers theirs, unless theirs is uninsured... they a portion of your coverage is intended to cover their passengers.
For such a "Conservative" state MI is sure pretty ok about meddling with your stuff, for the benefit of someone else -
Do a DOT# search at the L & I website - Go to the upper right hand corner, (Choose Menu Option) and select "Carrier Search". This will give you the current insurance information.

If you had ever had a personal Truck smashed by one of these "Hybrid" truckers you would definitely understand the commentary wouldn't be allowed in most any format.
RAGE isn't sufficient !!

The name of this particular trucking company is also the name of a popular Deep Purple song.
I contacted my company's claim dept. They need TWO estimates and pictures. I am sending them the desposable camera with the pics of base plates and DOT numbers of the non-insurance carrying carrier.rooster1775 and The Challenger Thank this. -
TripleSix,
PM the details. I live in the area, I'll see if I can come up with something for you.

I wouldn't send them the camera. Send them copies of the pics...I have heard of things getting "lost" a lot by many companies. Even though you have a police report and some other info the pics are your silver bullet in case something goes bad with them owning up to the accident.
FriedTater Thanks this.
