Yeah I understand your point, the point I was making is that was something that agent did on his own free will, not under the direction of the corporate structure. There's always bad apples here and there.

UPDATE: Just as I figured Mercer has made me an offer to settle. They do not want this to be adjudicated by a judge and set a legal precedent. Because it is a confidential settlement proposal I am forbidden to disclose it publicly. But it’s safe to say they’re offering me everything I want plus a little extra. I am debating now whether or not to accept the offer or go to trial. And there’s a very good possibility if I refuse their settlement they will ask the court to force me to take the settlement since they’re giving me everything I want. But the end result would be no legal precedent being set. But my point has been made. If anyone is tired of Mercer‘s crap don’t be afraid to leave and use the legal system to your betterment.

Ok, you can't disclose the settlement, fair enough....I think we all get that. But you said, "they’re offering me everything I want plus a little extra". Can you tell us what you wanted?

I want them to continue accepting payments until the lease purchase is completed and then handover the title like they’re supposed to. As for my skimming allegations I estimated about $20,000 is what I was shorted. That’s about as much as I can say.

Bravo! I'm guessing they're still not going to show you the invoices, but I get your point.
    Well done. You're one in a million......literally.

They show the invoices to any contractor that asks. They are required to under the truth in leasing regs.

    Cabinover101 Thanks this.

He doesn’t want the invoices, he wants to know what Mercer is actually paid. And they’d rather settle than show him.
