It does not take a medical degree to understand some of these problems. As a diabetic I have many times taken diabetic class training. Things on eating properly and why things like this happen.
I'm not trying to be a grouch or start a flame war, but honestly if you can't make a constructive comment, why comment at all?

There is just a little too much information in this thread.

Ok. According to the Mayo Clinic Saw Palmetto did no better than a placebo in treating BPH, Benign Prostate Hyperplasia.
The reason for my post is that no one here should use this forum for medical advice. It could lead to serious medical problems. A medical professional that is familiar with your case is the ONLY place you should go.
Is that constructive enough? -

My 2 cents.......
Stay away from pop and coffee. I only drink water.
Dude told me that the body wants and needs water and will welcome and absorb it. When you pee, you're peeing out the stuff the body neither needs nor wants.
I've driven 7+ hours more than once without having or wanting to take a pee.
Cut out the sodas and see how that works for you.tscottme Thanks this. -
I have never been a fan of treating with OTC meds in the absence of seeing a doctor. OTC meds have their place. However, it is true many are closer to junk and in some cases can be dangerious. You have a problem with frequent urination get a medical opinion ASAP. Your health is just as important as that CDL, maybe more so!

In 2005 I was told by my doctor I had type 2 diabetes. I was placed on metformin and told to stop drinking even diet pop. I chewed sugarless gum a lot and ate apple slices. Then to be honest started drinking soda more. 10 years later I was retired and taking insulin shots. Over the last few years I have discovered the effects of not having enough vitimin B-12. It has taken me many years to learn the things to do and more importantly the things not to do in regard to diabetic care. Today I am seeing a podiatry nurse every 3 months.
Trust me on this. Get that blood sugar checked and make the lifestyle changes needed. You do not want to end up like I am today!Flat Earth Trucker and Chinatown Thank this.
