Good idea; Craigslist is good. One driver posted on here he found a good job there and he had 12 tickets/fender benders in his taxi. Went to cdl school and found a good job within a few days on Craigslist.
How do I move past a dirty DAC report?

Things I know about that night. It was
1: Night time and darker than pitch.
2: There were no adequate lighting sources and/or signage indicating the cable's presence.
3: The manager of the store I was delivering to had stated that a previous truck had knocked down a cable there prior to my own mistake. There was nothing on my qualcomm or paperwork indicating that it was a hazard.
4: The manager of that store indicated that the building owners had a pending order for a sign to be erected, one that was not yet up.
5: The State Trooper that I requested to come by (by urging of Safety) did not ticket me for it.
Was I behind the wheel? Yes, most assuredly. Was it preventable? I don't think so as every single item other than direct sunlight, that might have warned me of the presence of that cable had failed. -

So basically I used to live in a duplex apartment, one morning early December I am told the transformer box belonging to the power company is knocked out. I get home and a local cop basically tells me that my neighbor says they witnessed me backing out, side swipe their car and hit the transformer box.
Thing is during arbitration I was found to have 0% liability/involvement. There was no corresponding damage on my vehicle, the witness changed their story during arbitration to say they heard a noise and assumed I was the party at fault rather than actually having visually witnessed it, and the cherry on top the police report was incredibly one sided, only having a statement from the "witness". -
