Sry you think it's less than intelligent but I workout at planet fitness often , sometimes with Truck & trailer and sometimes I park trailer at the truck stop and bobtail . Been doing it this way going on 4 years . I will Uber or Lyft if all else fails , staying in shape is important to me . I'm a O/O so I have lanes I frequent and cities that I actually get out of my truck and explore . To each there own I guess .

I carried a kettle bell and jump rope with me. They took up very little space, and I could use them standing right outside my door while getting loaded and unloaded in 15-20 minutes. I would set my phone up so I could see it from the ground by the door, with enough room to work.

Lump very large and heavy loads off the floor into small wood or restack same onto the floor of your trailer up to above your head with a 110 pound box of meat cut. 49500 pounds later it's time to get going. In the morning most likely will be at a kroger or some such unloading all that work from the previous afternoon physically.

Eff that. I run medicines, get reloaded in 40 minutes with bales going back to Memphis. It becomes a careful food problem. Protein in generally.

When I don't expect to run as hard, I carefully peck at the foil wrapped left overs from yesterday's debauchery at the philadelphia cheese steak emporium. For a 20 they might just feed you all week knowing you will be back again next week. I had a roach coacher maintain a breakfast truck every morning without fail at 4am coming through the old Villages stop SW of Joppa near the Gunpowder River. (Local indians in about the 1634 period thought if corn is awesome growing this big and strong people and no sick, then imagine what gunpowder must be like from the Dutch Guns. So they planted gunpowder along the river as a experiment.

The Logic was sound, but the actual reality existed that there needed to be a reality check provided that the Dutch and English were able to collaborate on the new Colony of Maryland administered by the Crossfield Family and large sections of the Calvert Family via the first and second Lords of Baltimore his highnesses plural over two generations. Everything that both families brought to the Maryland Colony was particularly war-like in their time. IF God was to love them so much that he spared them in battle or conflict then surely the Word is forever and unchanging even at the point of the sword which the Natives were put to. Maryland later evolved as a very rich young man's Colony clothing, horse and weapons bought at premium rates with their own gold and Silver training with Gen Smallwood. Combined with the Delaware, the two units most of them Marylanders spilled their young blood and very lives approximately 400 or so under a major intersection of the Long Island Battle field when GW required several units to hold the line against the greatest combined navy and army then existing in the world desipite back stabbing treachery that threatened the entire revolution before anyone has had a chance to accept their first shipment of 10 gallons of rum for this would be a long war. GW rewarded the Marylanders by issuing them a Title as a Unit Citation called "The Old Line" a form of elite troops able to hold the line against anything the British threw at them long enough to make a difference. Eventually this evolved to the 2nd Infantry which joined the south after being reformed away to the 5th Regiment which also joined the southern cause after 1859. They fought at Culps Hill again holding the line with Indiana Infantry of some renown the second day of Gettysburg. If they were able to shoot up and hold the line against a determined enemy 4 times their number they were just as compassionate as the sun set on the hundreds crying out for water. There was small source of water on the hill supporting a farm. That water where humaely possible got to everyone friend and enemy alike. Even as the combat raged past sunset on that hill.

President Lincon took half the Maryland legislature, imprisoned them in Mass and the other half at Ft McHenry still in poor condition since being properly cratered by the British in 1812 war. And also held patterson park against elite Infantry of the UK combined forces. If they had penetrated the last of the American artillery there would be no America. Not at least until Jackson was able to organize something at New Orleans. And 12,000 showed up from across AMerica for that little soi'ree. Lincoln's US troops also pointed cannon at Baltimore under martial occupation until roughly 1880 where time was able to heal America to certain point. What we see in Maryland today is relatiely recent dating from about 1905 and singing banned songs against tyranny in those days we could be and were very war-like. And you wonder why we liked to fight so much. Must have been that weather. That heat didnt always agree with people.

Look up boxing cardio videos. Theres alot of ways to bust your butt just by doing some of those workouts and using your own bodyweight and some 5lb dumb bells. Jump rope is great, too.

You'll shower everyday right? Carry a small kettlebell into the shower. Back in the day I used to carry my laptop, I'm old ok, with a yoga and kettlebell DVD into the shower.

I would look up videos. There are a lot of options for small spaces to do exercise in.

I carry a set of dumbbells, kettle bell, jump rope, and resistance bands. Don’t listen to people that say you don’t have time to work out, BS! I can run 700+ miles in a day and still find an hour for a workout.
