Super cold gone and done me in tonight

Cruising down a small road I started to hear air hissing and my air dropping fast. Put her in the snow ditch cause there is no shoulder in this road and saw the problem right away. Thing snapped in 2 the moment I tried to remove my glad hand so here i wait in the middle of no where Missouri at -10F for a repair truck. Hope i can pull her out of the snow but if not will then need to call for a winch out. They sending a TA repait truck 100 miles away to me so I hope he being a fresh hose with him or will be a waste of time.

 

Have enough fuel to idle if need be for 2 days. Was -21F last night when I had to call a truck to get me out of my parking spot at a pilot. Not I get 120 miles down the road and bam!

I'm at least happy it did not put my breaks on the moment that it happened. Was a pickup on my tail not 100 ft away that would of been bad if it breaked.

 

Tech took 4 hours and fixed me up. Thankfully I have a manual and was able to rock myself out of the hole I put myself in. All in all been a wild night.

 

Sadly all the trailers at this Walmart DC use plastic airlines even tho is in the - range all winter.
