I think I may be thinking wrong!

What I need is a mentor with a truck for sale that will.......

1) Take $10,000 down. Plus no more than $300.00 a week.
2) Know this truck inside and out. (To help me learn) And is work ready.
3) Is familiar with the business say a min of x amount of being owner op.
4) Some one that has more bills than me.
( gotta aquire what I admire)
5)Some one chill enough to really be a mentor. Some one I can call when I need advise. Or just to ##### to to cause, I thought I was right but this ticket says I'm wrong. Why?
6) Not a fleet owner who just wants to put me to work. Im in that situation right now.
7) Some one with a mulity field back round that can help me grow as needs and demands change.( trailer types)
I known reffer and dry box. And totes ina dry box.

This post started as a joke. But now that im reading it. Im pretty serious. What changed my mind is. I have read on several post run smarter not harder. The boss don't really beat me up to bad on miles.
But all booked miles are booked at 75mph. Aka last min frieght.

I have the cash now. But not willing to part with it. Until January 01 2021. To many obligations this year. For me to start this.
But this is a tru and honest post. I don't need money. Just don't want to put that much out. And lose the house and truck.

Can negotiate on these terms. Feel free to add or ask some. I got a year to figure it out.

 

I know its a bit unrealistic. I'm always here ing how the new guy this the new guy that. I don't have long family or friend line doing this stuff. Just me. And im about at the end of my experience. I need to start adding more.

Most people outside of the family don't Beleave this. But this is my calling. Longer response later. Short version I love what I do. :Why only four years then?
I had my cdl since o7. And had applied to close to 1,000 jobs. Couldn't catch a break. Either to many felonies. Or had cdl for to long with no experience. I looked at my co-worker on Wednesday and said. Monday I'm turning it in. That Friday a job landed in my lap. (Not a pusher or thumper. But that's why I believe) 9 yrs later. It literally feel in my lap.

20 years Weather it is logging trucks. Auto trucks or my truck. I'm trucking till I retire if I make it that long. I love driving so much. I owned a short bus. Just so I could drive it around.

 

I would never put all my eggs in one basket. But sometines. I just gotta call someone. I 've been off and on her since 2012. Just never this active. I wonder if I can find one of my old post to prove it
