How do I move past a dirty DAC report?

    Probably because Megas want to play fast and loose and have their own little system for blacklisting/blackballing drivers.

    I can tell you right now, Swift will snitch you off like no other. When it comes to "Incidents" that do not appear on your DOT MVR, but the stupid DAC. It nearly cost me a good job. And will be a thorn for another year or so. This after a paid them off 100% at their stupid academy, unlike 90% of anybody else that rolls through there.

    Well a small update. Werner did concede to my original dispute and made a "modification" but still list it as "preventable" this regarding the ferring.

    I am currently going to contest it and the low hanging wire as non-preventable, but even if I can just get the Ferring listed as non-preventable, that can open up a lot of my options.

    I even have photos showing the pattern of breakage as inward and downwards towards the springs, corroborating my version of events. But you know, good luck getting a desk jockey to accept that.
