The second pic is down at Intrepid outside of Carlsbad NM waiting to load potash. You have to drive all the way down to the other end and turn around and come back to get loaded. I’m usually real popular creeping around at 5mph just making all the super truckers mad.

You dont have a yard move option?? We do and we can drive around all day long at up to 15mph.

I’m on Ag exempt down there, it’s just gravel with zero dust control. So I creep around to keep the truck clean.

    Yard move *Gulp*

We got that just recently when the company changed over from Qualcomm to Samsara for our HOS. I use it when I am picking up my loads. Was told 15 MPH max so didn't bother flopping it back over or even looking at it when I pulled out with load (unit isn't mounted in new truck, just toss it on the passenger seat). It doesn't flip to drive on its own (at least mine doesn't). Drove from Chicago to Toledo in yard move.

The lady in the log department was calling asking WTF was I doing. I don't think she was very happy with me....

Wow, I'm outta the loop on this thread! @Long FLD , that's a sweet ride you got!

Things are busy here in Central PA. Warehouses going up everywhere along I-81 and 78. Kinda crazy that we have even our part time help running almost daily in the end of November. Normally by now we're slowing down and ready for the break. Guess it's because we had a late start to everything this year.

I'm NOT looking forward to this winter and going back to the mud that we frequent when work is slow. Pic from last February.... View attachment 311305
