Yep anytime I suspect it being off it gets sent to the shop and calibrated or rebuilt. The handle and head are newer than the beam.

That's the part of not buying Harbor Freight tools. You can rebuild them.

Yes Older than dirt but still younger than time. Yer old when you can't do what you do any more due to the number of years. I think I can still do 2.5 yrs til I'm 70

Combination wrenches and things like that I might buy there, because Harbor Freight offers a lifetime guarantee on hand tools good at any store, but I might have to go somewhere else for a torque wrench.

Thank You!! She's good, just a little nervous and disappointed he has to go buy another tv. I guess it broke the mount loose, then toppled over.

I turned 47 back in November. My rookie at the fire department is 1 year younger than my twins. They're my youngest.

So I have a good selection because I used to wrench daily. So I'm kinda a tool snob. But I understand because I wouldn't not have half the money in tools that I do if I was just a weekend warrior. I understand. But find a local tool guy and buy used stuff or a sale and buy used name brand too. Its have lifetime warranty too. And can be had cheap. Towards the end of my daily shop time. I was buying anything traded in or repo to build a set for the house. Never imagened I would quit. I have gotten rid of a few things this year. Still have my garage at house, everything at the big shop at mom's, tools in Semi, and now a service truck full of them.

My daughter better marry a guy that works on cars all I can say or she is gonna hate me even when I'm dead. Lol

I remember a day probably 30 years ago watching Star Trek TNG where Captain Picard was lamenting that very thing. What was easy to dismiss then isn’t so much anymore now having crossed what may have been that point myself.
