One thing tourists notice when they visit from other countries is that Americans are larger than most other people’s of the world. We are the biggest baddest rootinest tootinest shootinest hombres in all the world. Google it , it’s a fact.

 

Just watch commercials or video footage from the 50s and 60s.. 70s even.
People were much smaller.

It's the fast food.
It's the availability of food everywhere, all the time.
It's the PROCESSED food.
High sugar for the addiction.
High sodium for the taste.

Those are facts.

 

Best way to lose weight is to close your pie hole,, just kidding, my ex-gf could eat a pretzel stick and gain 5 pounds. Just be careful you don't get an overweight fine,,

 

I got a buddy, who thinks if you order 4 burgers from Wendys, a large fry, two 4 pc nuggets, it'll be countered by a small "diet" coke. HA!

My company's safety guy made me go to Concentra. I am pretty sure it is my company's new policy. (My medical card was due for renewal. I went to a place in Ft. Worth by my house. Passed given a 2 year. Went to turn it in to safety. He said he wouldn't accept it. All physical's has to be done by Concentra)
