Parking at the truck stop head first

Discussion in 'Experienced Truckers' Advice' started by Badmon, Jan 25, 2020.

Do you defend the nose-in drivers ?

  1. I pull nose-in myself

  2. No, they're idiots

  3. I dont care it doesn't affect me

If you're pulling into spots head first at the truck stop, I assume you're a lazy sack of #### and I think it's stupid to rather back out extremely blindly (unless you're teaming and have a spotter) than take the time to back it in. Reefer too loud next to you is another stupid excuse. That's just how I feel sorry. Any thoughts or opinions ?

    Back it in.

Don't need 8 feet of tail sticking out making tight truck stops tighter.

Everyone idling their trucks in the place is just as loud. Chances are the guy nosed in and using that excuse is idling his own truck. What's the difference

I call BS. Reefers are generally much louder than idling trucks.

Sure. But that doesn't support your ridiculous claim that an idling truck is as loud as a reefer.

I think some people just get wound up over the smallest things that probably really don’t affect them just my opinion!
