Thanks for the reply,
I don't tailgate, drive recklessly, speed or do anything crazy behind the wheel, I try to be as professional as possible when driving any vehicle. It sucks getting a ticket like this was a total slap to the face. And really could become a Roadblock that could hinder my chances to work for a company.

I am 100% going to move from this state, like I mentioned in my previous post, my friend who lives in Delaware allowed me to use his address. Reason why I am not moving now is because I had signed contract with my landlord for the apt. I have 11 more months and I am going to move from the commie state of NJ. This is one messed up state no wonder people from other states hate NJ. -

Can you fight tickets in the USA because I would be at the courthouse fighting those!
If it is icy / pot holes I would definitely fight that ticket due to safety reasons. ( if you can get photos of the pot holes it should be a win, slam dunk. )HotShot Trucker Thanks this. -
Personally, I drive the posted limit or lower everywhere. But if I did want to go a bit faster, it would not be in the typical 45 zone. That is where trouble can happen.HotShot Trucker Thanks this. -
