    Thanks for the reply,
I don't tailgate, drive recklessly, speed or do anything crazy behind the wheel, I try to be as professional as possible when driving any vehicle. It sucks getting a ticket like this was a total slap to the face. And really could become a Roadblock that could hinder my chances to work for a company.

Will do thanks, I drive the speed limit if it is 45 ill go 45 or five miles above it. This was the day that the potholes where large enough to damage an entire car, and not to mention the frozen puddles of ice.

    Thanks for the reply,
I am 100% going to move from this state, like I mentioned in my previous post, my friend who lives in Delaware allowed me to use his address. Reason why I am not moving now is because I had signed contract with my landlord for the apt. I have 11 more months and I am going to move from the commie state of NJ. This is one messed up state no wonder people from other states hate NJ.

5mph above 45? Best not do that if you get a CDL and want to keep it.

I'll make sure I don't do that, LEOs go crazy if you go five miles above speed limit?

Can you fight tickets in the USA because I would be at the courthouse fighting those!

If it is icy / pot holes I would definitely fight that ticket due to safety reasons. ( if you can get photos of the pot holes it should be a win, slam dunk. )

45's are often areas of highways that slow down entering towns, or maybe they are arteries though metro areas, many different scenarios. But they tend to be where the cops are looking to fill ticket quotas.

Personally, I drive the posted limit or lower everywhere. But if I did want to go a bit faster, it would not be in the typical 45 zone. That is where trouble can happen.

It could also begin when going under the limit such as what I had done 32 in a 45
