So why is it that the owner of this company thinks he can reply to posted reviews from the tradewinds website in an attempt to play down their predatory practices but pulls the plug on driver rapport when a driver realizes he or she becomes aware of the fact that tradewinds is and has been employing unsavory business practices? Truly raw betrayal practices. The suffering one goes through when you find out you cannot get the money owed you after devoting your time to the job is the result of believing that the people you work for will honor you as you have honored them by doing the job given you. Evidently, tradewinds does not know about seed time and harvest time. The time of their harvest is near at the door.

My bad TB John, in answer to your question the maintenance guy called me to tell me that I was being termed out. Those were his words meaning I had been terminated. He told me that he had been nominated to deliver this message to me. Understand sir that I had given tradewinds a verbal 3 week notice 1 week prior to me receiving this phone call. Please note that the relationship between tradewinds and me was very good simply because I was one of their top runners not recognizing their unsavory business practices. Still don't understand why they treated me as if I had done some despicable thing to them for them to act in such a betraying fashion. To this day when I call to find out when I can get paid, no one acknowledges my phone call. I even had my girlfriend call and they wouldn't receive her number. Wouldn't be surprised if they went in my file and instituted a block on all my references.
