I can see them wanting the customers, but it just seems weird to me to let Superior trucks and tanks just sit there with no drivers after purchasing the company. I guess they can always slap Heniff stickers on the equipment.

We're all Heniff now. However, the same mistakes I've seen during big changes in previous organizations is happening again. The folks in charge aren't putting out enough information, so rumor rules the day.
That has never worked well and the AAR is always the same, "wish we'd have handled that differently," is the phrase most often repeated.
Folks don't need a detailed explanation. A simple bullet list of key events/milestones leading to an end state objective would alleviate a lot of unnecessary stress.
Currently it looks like a lot of incompetence for the task at hand by senior leadership. The transition will happen, but it sure doesn't need to be made harder for those who are so vital to the business. -
Well am looking at 2K miles for the week with 75% of it being empty miles. This month has been the worst month since I went OTR with Superior.

I believe personally the exodus is already happening... Saw a trailer today with superior on one side and heniff on the rear and other side so yeah. Also twice this week I have seen Henniff trucks at the tank wash my terminal is at... that never happened before that I have seen. I thought they only used the Quala in bensalem but it appears they are using pedricktown nj now. One of our guys also spotted some trailers at Coim in nj, never seen heniff in there before the merger.
I've been basically put on local work for now which I'm not at all thrilled about working way harder for about the same money and handling alot more product, which just increases the risk for something to happen. I'm really getting frustrated with the lack of answers as to what is going on and every passing day just seems to get worse. -
slim shady and Mortarmaggot Thank this.
