Long day. Working on keeping my compassion for 2 different friends who both separately informed me that they have basically blown up their lives...

I need to get a new piece of glass for the drivers side, really both but don't want to give up the clean level 1 that's on the ditch side windshield..

Believe it or not I think I've got the oe glass in there. 10/92 build date, & I can read '92 in the bottom right corners of them both. The issue is there are what I call flecks, that make the oncoming traffic headlights almost unbearable. Bout 2 weeks ago at night, in the rain, in a Texas construction zone where there are minimal lines in the road to follow, I honestly thought I was gonna kill someone, or myself. I crawled out & a few miles up found a spot to layup till sunup..

Has any of you experienced these flecks in older glass, or am I loosing my mind.? I've scrubbed, & scrubbed both sides in & out & the flecks never go away.. New glass should solve this, right..?

    It's pitted...will drive you crazy.

It's amazing how well you can see with new glass.

Not bad. It was produced after the 5EK. Can make some good power if done correctly. I believe most used the 58 injectors. I wouldn't be afraid of one.

We have one in our dump truck and has good power.

Nothing to be concerned with? Max power on stock parts? Buddies w9 has one and wasnt sure what its weaknesses were.
