TA security guard shoots driver/parking dispute

Serious lawsuits coming against the truck stop, security company, security guard.

 

Lots of truckers are armed.

I'm sure this driver was parked where he wasn't supposed to be and was told to move and didn't like it. My guess would be he got what he deserved.

 

Every story has two sides. Maybe he felt threatened. Held his ground.

 

Where did the driver get shot the first time.. hopefully he pulls through and someone uses this as ammo in the lack of parking debate.

 

Don't care who was right.. it's just a darn parking spot.

Hope the driver pulls thru.

 

I noticed any 3 or 4 yrs ago loves started having armed security guards. But I noticed I stopped seeing them after drivers were shot by security at a few locations. If I remember correctly one of the drivers were killed by the security.

But it sure seems these guys are trigger happy. I dont like dealing with security at some of the places I go to mainly because they ate lazy. I've never ran in to a situation with security where they drew down on me. But I dont wish to have a run in like that

 

That Gaurd is in a world of hurt.

Precious few details on drivers actions. Without that I cannot determine if its a good shoot or bad.

If the problem is where to park and trucker got shot? Just for being loud in a arguement? Then the gaurd's petard is going to be hoisted so high in front of the courthouse along with the employer who handed him a gun.
