Without knowing the full story, it's kinda hard to place blame.
For a shoot to be deemed justifiable, three factors need to be present, Ability, Opportunity & Intent, take one of those three out and you have a bad shoot..
For example, say the person is coming at you with a tire iron, within 21', screaming he's gonna kill you. Well, he's got the ability to kill you (tire iron), got the opportunity (close enough), and has the intent (verbal threat)= good shoot.
Take away one of those elements though= not a good shoot.... -

The famous tueller drill.
They got 21 feet to get to you before you drop them.
At the tac bay the person is rushing you with a rubber knife crossing your person from behind as you draw and fire downrange hopefully before they get to you with that knife.
Mr Fumbles show up on some of them then followed by the Gift Bell sound of a CLANK as the iron falls to the cement.
YAY! A softer clank follows when the knife is tossed. Now you have a BIG problem. -

#UPDATE @OKCPD tell us the driver went from serious to critical condition. The security guard was questioned, but they couldn’t clarify if it was on scene or at the police station. ShardaagrayKOKH on Twitter ShardaagrayKOKH on TwitterLast edited: Feb 14, 2020

No, the Security Guard should not shoot the Driver. He should call the Police. It’s that simple. Unless the Driver attacked him. He should serve time for Murder. A lot of You younger folks don’t understand the concept of Civil Rights. We are suppose to have some. It’s written in the bill of rights, next time it could be You who gets shot, for mouthing off to some half ####ed Idiot with an Attitude. If Drivers had any backbone, they would protest the mistreatment of our own. Easier to assume he deserved what he got. Wake Up!’

A lot of Drivers are too high strung. Last night, I pulling in about 11:00 pm. Place was full, Figured I’d drive real slow, look for a spot.it was raining, decided to throw trash in the dumpster. As I set the brakes, garbage in hand, getting out of my Truck, I get 3 Trucks flashing their headlights. As if I’m going to park all night, blocking 10 Trucks in. I don’t have a CB, I’m sure, one of them complained on the radio.” Look at this idiot, I gotta go!” Something of that nature, anyway. I ignored all 3, walked 60 ft to the Dumpster and back. One Guy threw his hand in the air, I looked at him and ignored him. Point being, if they can’t wait one minute, and are being rude, I could care less, what they think, afterwards I moved my Truck, waited about 5 minutes, thinking all 3 were leaving. Finally one left, and I took the spot. This sort of foolishness shouldn’t happen. No reason for it. It took Me every bit of about 50 seconds to dump my trash. And all of a sudden 3 Drivers are thrown into a panic. I welcome their comments, face to face only. Otherwise they can keep their comments/ attitudes to themselves, or someone else that it impresses. Drivers need to look out for one another, not jump on every chance to criticize. Got enough People against Us as it is. As for Me, Homey don’t play dat game!!! Lol

I have a story, that I think would’ve helped this driver. I just got to Blue Beacon waiting behind a line of refers/dry van trucks to get my truck washed. I see the inflation system light on my trailer lit. So I went to check my trailer tires. Came back to see that some local dump truck sneaked his way in front of me, after the line moved, while I was outside. He refused to go behind me saying that he was there all the time. Didn’t want to argue with him and told him that I had a dash cam and was going to call the security. He had to let me go in front of him.
Ever since I got a dash cam I don’t have to argue and bicker. I just point to my dash cam. Cameras make people honest !Muddydog79 and D.Tibbitt Thank this.
