CDL Question

    Hi guys, I have 1.5 point on my CDL last year 5/18/11 and second one 8/5/11
    It takes 12 or 18 months to DMV take off from my CDL?

    Typically any points against your CDL will remain for 3 years before "falling off."

    Whoa u got 2 tickets 3 months apart? dont get no more or u will be deemed unsafe driver and u will be put in a 1 yr probation period. Points stay on for 36 months.

    I got 1.5 point ticket just south of Portland,OR may of 2009 I called DMV hq in Sac-town they told me 36 months plus 3 months after CONVICTION date you can request to have your record purged and it will be removed.:biggrin_25513:
