My AC condenser is leaking and it's been discontinued everywhere. KW doesn't even have a superseding part number for it. It's on a 94 W9. Part number K122-98.
I was thinking of trying some stop leak or retrofitting a different condenser behind the leaking one but I'm not sure if there's enough space between the back of it and the radiator.
Anyone else run into a situation like this? What did you do about it?

Spied this part on Ebay. Look up Kenworth parts condenser.Oxbow, Another Canadian driver, ProfessionalNoticer and 1 other person Thank this. -
Thanks. I did see that during my preliminary search but it's not the right part number. Maybe I can retrofit it if I go that route.Oxbow, Another Canadian driver and Flat Earth Trucker Thank this.

I did saw some other condensers of the same stripe.Oxbow, Another Canadian driver and ProfessionalNoticer Thank this.

Did you try any of the radiator shops? I forget who I used. They were suggested by other members here.
Of course I can’t find the names at the moment.Oxbow, bumper Jack, Another Canadian driver and 2 others Thank this. -
I called my favorite trusted shop but they can't repair it unfortunately. I have a pretty good feeling I'm going to have to replace it with a universal one. The problem with that is the tube/fin style condenser will reduce air flow to my radiator. I'd like to avoid that at all costs.Oxbow, Flat Earth Trucker and Another Canadian driver Thank this.

You may have to break down and plug any hole with a dab of JB weld. Check out the tests performed on JB weld on Project Farm YouTube channel. About the only thing JB weld won't hold together are past relationships.

This claims to fit a W900. It even has a P65 warning from California. You know you can't beat that with a stick.Another Canadian driver and ProfessionalNoticer Thank this. -
JB Weld isn't going to work here and that condenser in the pic is not the one in my truck. I can see it. They're completely different. I have a grill that's an actual condenser. The people selling that pos probably don't even have Paccar trucks in their country.Another Canadian driver, Jammer' and Flat Earth Trucker Thank this.
