I just want to say Hi and ask some advice.

Before I start I got my nick name Jacknife Kelley from my fellow students at the trucking school. When everyone was trying to make a clean ally doc I would just set up at a 45 deg and jacknife the truck into the ally doc and with one pull up I was in the doc. There lies my story its all in the set up.

I have a question for the group:

I was formerly With Werner as a student but feel I was wrongfully terminated.
I was at a TA truck stop in Las cruces N.M with my trainer and was pulling out of a parking stall when I noticed in my Mirror that I touched the Mirror of the truck next to me (Prime). I got the truck clear of the other trucks Mirror and informed its driver that I pushed his mirror out of adjustment and that no damage was done( I even had my trainer inspect it). Even though it only required a slight adjustment with a crescent wrench
he still wanted to report it. So I did!

Werner terminated me because of it even though no damage was done to either truck. They said that I was being terminated for Reckless driving.

I have gone on line to get my free copy of my DAC report, but was wondering if I have any legal options here, as this is my livelihood where talking about!

In closing everyone I have told has fallen out of their seat when I tell them that Werner was putting my down as a reckless student!
