I don't have a list of CDL training companies that do hair follicle. Best to get on their threads on here and check around.
Stay away from lease programs. At least get a few years experience first, then buy a truck that's not a lease deal such as with Cardinal Logistics.
Earl Henderson Trucking has a good CDL training program and from what's been posted, they just do urine test. I can't guarantee that because I haven't worked there. The posts from their new CDL hires are all good. Let me do some more checking and get back to you.

I was told LS did when I leased on, but they never asked once I got signed up. Just the standard wizz quiz.

 

Check "Motor Carrier Question" and "Trucking Company Forums" threads.

 

Go to "Welcome Wagon" thread and then to page #3 and near the bottom is a thread on Henderson CDL school.

If you have to do England, then just do it and get it over with. In 6 months you can move on if you want.
