    POV is personal owned vehicle. Circumstances apply when "bobtailing".

    If you are making the payments on a truck, you are allowed to use it for personal transport and therefore log it off duty. However, if you are moving your own bobtail on company business for any reason, it is done on the Driving line. Company drivers moving a bobtail anywhere have to log it as driving.

    The title to this thread really doesn't match up to the question. Just an observation.

    swift allows us to log off duty to eat i guess going home is off duty too thanks for all comments they were very helpful
