So I'm considering leasing my truck on to Schneider, but am in the dark on what types of loads would be potentially available. Especially now with the "All in revenue" style, there's no longer a 65% of linehaul being paid.
Spoke with a recruiter who said that the average driver on the all in revenue is grossing $700 per day to their truck. Does this seem reasonable?
I've been on the landstar demo, but was hoping to see something similar from SNI, since they both let those leased on with them to run their load boards. I want to make sure that there is more than just double brokered loads (cough cough Landstar) or cheap freight in the Northeast.
Thoughts? (I know I'm opening a can of worms asking that )

Everybody I know right now is making between $6k-$8k a week elsewhere. Those people including myself are flatbed, but I can't Imagine dry van being that far off in this market right now.

I would say get your authority and be in charge of your destiny. Get truckstop and Dat. There is a learning curve, but it's not rocket science. The first 6 months is the hardest. Because alot of brokers want 6months. You aren't going to starve in that time, it's just going to be a bit more difficult to find loads. All worth it IMO.
