That's not right. -
I think the guy had the right to complain. You don't pay 3200 pounds English to sit with a corpse and grieving daughter, you pay that for the luxury of privacy and comfort. I understand the the airline didn't have many options, but they could have provided something to the paying customers for the inconvience of going through the mess. Airline seem to think they can't afford customer service anymore.
