When downshifting if you over rev your gear, dont panic, just lay of the gas, as the revs come down lean into the gear you want (not hard) and when the revs hit the sweet spot, it will fall in

This company seems to be lower paying and will hire newbs.... Other companies dont touch drivers like me like waste management, cascades, supersave, etc around here
I think the environment is much more relaxed though, maybe thats the difference? My pay is going to be low to start off. Full wage after however long theres still a difference between about 5 an hour compared to other companiea. Dont know why -
