You read my post and concluded I failed? Wow! you need to reread that post.
Here are the facts of my lease;
The carrier I leased to FAILED. They failed to fulfill their end of the contract. Then they sold out to another carrier and closed up shop altogether.
Had you more knowledge of this industry then you would also know Burlington Motor Carriers went thru several bankruptcies before buying out TSL and ultimately going out of business for good.
The point to all this history? To illustrate that it doesn't matter how good YOU are if the company closes up shop you are left with NOTHING.
Many times lease ops do not pay taxes at all because they are uneducated. They get caught by Uncle Sam and wind up losing their homes.
You don't have to like me either. I know you lease ops bust your butt and do the best you can but you are modern day slaves hoping for a brighter tomorrow that may never come.
If you last and make something of this lease with Prime then congrats to you but the cards are seriously stacked against you.Last edited by a moderator: Dec 26, 2011

Enough Bickering in here. Take it to PM if you want to insult each other.

Ok as a last question, are there any lease ops willing to show me a few settlments? if you have them scanned or anything, dont need personal info just wanna see the breakdowns of how they do it. we can email or post to my p/m on here, seeing some hard numbers on paper would be cool.

Notarps has a point.
Doesn't matter who... No L/O has been willing to post a redacted settlement.
No one around here on Prime threads seems to have a problem posting pics of their trucks with blurred out truck numbers.
I mean that's totally anonymous, right? Cause every truck is the same color and has the same trim, and graphics... No one in management could narrow it down to within a couple of trucks. (sarcasm)
You bet they can.
No one's asking for my company driver settlement, but a little MS paint Digitaly, or a simple 99 cent black marker on a hard copy and I could give you a settlement with no identifying marks or personal info. So what's the problem?notarps4me Thanks this. -
Apparently Raid doesn't work.... Need some Troll Away...

No, Notarps is correct. You have always refused to show proof to back any of your claims.
Search function, it's a MF....jlkklj777 Thanks this.
