My question to the drivers who quite who gotten stuff on DAC did they give a notice of quitting or quite within days. Cause my brother and I, while working at JB Hunt I quit gave a month notice and he quite on the spot I didn’t get anything on my records while he did. I see to many driver just up right and quite without notice. Still doesn’t make it right for the company to do both parties in the wrong

I recently came across an add for Magnum on careersingear website. I asked on this thread before (you guys have always been real helpful with your answers for me in this thread) and someone told me that $70,000 was possible, depending on how I liked to run. The add is saying average $75,000 per year.
This is what the add says:

Yes

END ADVERTISEMENT
So I know they start you out at $0.49 CPM, even if you have a few years OTR experience everyone starts out at $0.49 CPM (I think that's what you guys said). So:
$0.49 CPM X 2500 = $1,225.
1225 X 52 = $63,700
Then it says average $550 in bonuses per month. So:
550 X 12 = $6,600
Then:
6600 + 63700 = $70,300
And that is assuming that you actually average out to at least 2500 miles per week, 52 weeks out of the year, never going home for hometime and hitting that $550 bonus each month. And that still falls 5k short of that 75k average yearly figure.
So I guess my question to you guys, is $75,000 per year really the average salary of Magnum drivers per year? Or is that only achievable if you have no life and no never go home for hometime?
Someone who runs 4 weeks and takes 1 week home (so 4 on and 1 off) - What is that yearly gross salary probably going to look like?
Just wanting to get your thoughts on this.
I'm also assuming the 15% of drivers who make over 90k per year have got to be the trainers, right? 90k per year is extremely high (I think, at least?) for an OTR company driver doing reefer. -

So after six here one thing I observed is maintenance is definitely not cared here it’s do the bare minimum style. I just got done with talking with the shop in Fargo, cause I know I need a B service there computer was saying I am good and the next is due at 243000 miles but I’m sitting at 249920 miles so either my truck or computer is not communication properly and I was trying to tell him that’s my OD was saying but he kept saying his computer was saying that I had 229000 miles on my OD. Even though I said I had 249920. So yeah I’m definitely not impressed with Magnums shops at all. I’ve had issues with coon rapid which I already mentioned in past posts. But to add every time I ask for oil or antifreeze refill in my jugs they always get frustrated that I bothered them.
