You got that right. DON'T be late. Robert and the rest of our class had to talk Jack out of firing a guy that was late twice. He was a Carry driver. Not sure how you screw up the alarm twice, but he did. Great class you'll learn a lot. I wish we had the pumps you Carry drivers do. Those things can move some product. I saw a Carry tankwash once and couldn't believe how clean it was. You could eat off the floor. I know there are food grade tankwash standards, but they make the Superior tankwashes look like garbage. Take good notes at class. You can use them all for the test.

Long story short, I'm just "blood-sucking overhead." And if it wasn't for you guys working your you-know-whats off, I wouldn't have a job. So thanks! -
Just be on time, stay awake, and be open to learning new things. You'll be fine.
FYI, the training center (TDC) is now in Greer, SC. -

Well they went pretty well. The people at the bridgeview yard are great people my trainer is a good guy I don't feel any pressure to hurry. But there is a lot of paperwork to learn so I am really paying attention to detail an trying to learn it as fast as I can. Looking forward to starting another week of training on mon I'm really glad I choose this line of work an this company. Things with pulling tanker are a lot different then pulling a van that's for sure but I was lookijng for a new challenge anyways.... Have a good weeek guys be safe..

Grabbed a preloaded trailer Sunday delivering in Indianapolis Monday at 9 AM after sitting at the house since Wednesday afternoon.
I was a little pissed when I found out they let another driver run a load up to Holland Mi and back Thurs-Sat in my truck because his new truck broke down. I could have used the miles since I am looking at about a 1300 mile week and that is running 400 on Sunday. To add insult to injury he smoked in it my truck smells like an ash tray.
Got unloaded and was tankwashed to Cincinnati. They had me picking up a preloaded trailer on a tight turn around heading up to Medina Oh (330 miles or so). I had an amber check engine light that was staying on and I was hoping to get a longer load so I had the shop check it out. They sent me around the corner because the Cincy terminal doesn't own a computer to check the codes. Turns out I needed a new ERG valve. This shop was good and got me out in 2 hours in time to still do the Medina load...If it hadn't been pushed back to Wednesday.
I am now on a out and back load in a compartmented trailer to Sparta NC. Waiting to load now and one of the products isn't ready. Should be back to Cincinnati tomorrow. Hopefully they will have something with some miles on it for me. -
Have you received any training on the EOBR / Qualcomm? What are you thoughts on that?
