Most of the time the ports are by the clutch pedal. I have never seen this model truck but I can tell you that some of the newer model trucks have switched over to a different port than the round Deutsch connectors.

I was under the impression that US standard was the 9 pin Deutsch across the board due to OBD standards. -
I had a 2020 or 21 truck come in recently that had a odd rectangular connection. I can't remember what truck is was but will find out.

2021 Western Star So that might explain why they can't find it. It is odd ball.

OK was talking to the owner of that truck and turns out it it is just OBD connector. Sorry I had no idea that they would put that type connector in a new truck. Figured everything would be round now a days. So to the OP it is probably OBD2. Do you see something like this under the dash near clutch pedal?
