Decent hours,,well you will not be working 9 to 5,,expect to work nights, days or what ever hours they want,, expect to work 70 hours or more per week,,want big bucks then work when ever and what ever hours they want,,you will be on call all the time,, you will be expected to work all the available hours that you can under Texas intrastate regs,, You will be paid big buck and you wiil work your butt off and if you screw up they will get rid of you.want a free ride go drive for SWIFT,,

There immediate managers are in competant. From assistant terminal manager to field managers. She doesn't know what she's doing got the position through the buddy system she use to run Baker Hughes in Colorado they ran that to the ground. Could be a great company get rid of all Odessa leadership very unsafe leadership I I know I Frac and know people there good luck if you go watch your back

Do you know as far as hours what kinda hours theyre getting?
Im just trying to make more money. Where i frac now the hourly pay is only 15. And they split our week with the 15 n 6 rotation.
Weatherford does the same but they offered me more hourly per diem and daily bonusesJAL1972 Thanks this. -
On the other hand, they laid off their ENTIRE frac division in North Dakota in one day earlier this year (when oil prices were still 100+/barrel) so who knows what might happen.
If you're only making 15/hour now, I'd say so for it and make the switch to Weatherford. Give it a shot, see how you like the company, it it works out, great! If not, oh well, go down the street and get another job with someone else.JAL1972 Thanks this. -

I would just worry about oil being $61 a bbl. But either job is fracking why not switch for more money.
