California buffeted by strong offshore winds
Passed by two overturned tractor trailers heading north on I-15 a couple hours ago near exit 119.
First one I saw was lying on its side along the shoulder on the southbound lanes. Wheels were toward the number three lane.
Second truck I saw was also on the shoulder with its wheels towards the interstate.
What I find strange is both of these trucks would have had to have been blown over by winds coming from opposite directions; the southbound truck being blown over by an easterly wind, and the northbound truck blown over by a westerly wind.
Unless these trucks were moved by a wrecker after having been blown over, I am without explanation.
I'm blown away

Politicians did it it. When ever they talk it is always a great blow.

what I have notice is that the wreckers will pull a rig to the shoulder and come back later when winds die down to get it back on it's wheels
